Based on the investigation into the rural housing hazard in Longxi County of Gansu Province,this thesis analyzes the survey data from different perspectives,and evaluates the overall security of the local rural housing by employing the analytic hierarchy process as well as grey correlation analysis.In addition,the thesis presents the identification methods and reinforcement methods of the distinct structure forms of houses.What's more,combined with the actual situation of local rural housing in Longxi County,the representative engineering example is used to illustrate the identification and strengthening analysis.The detailed research contents and conclusions are summarized as the following three aspects.Firstly,the thesis summarizes the main characteristics of the different structure forms of the local houses and particularly focuses on the analysis of the damage features.By synthesizing the survey data,the statistical analysis is carried out from seven aspects of the rate of housing hazard,structure forms,and so on.As a consequence,the research identifies that there are correlations between the rate of housing hazard and structure forms as well as building time and so on.Furthermore,This thesis shows that the analytic hierarchy process as well as grey correlation analysis are applied to evaluate the housing safety,taking Niujiamen village as an example to evaluate the housing safety.The results show that the overall local housing safety is poor,and some houses need to be reinforced before being used.Secondly,it probes into the seismic appraisal and checking method and the common seismic strengthening methods of civil and masonry structure houses.It also studies the influences which the parameter selection of mesh reinforcement cement mortar and steel concrete plate wall exerts on the reinforcement effect.Through the numerical simulation,it analyzes the improved proportion of the wall bearing capacities which corresponds with the different values of the four factors including strength of the original wall mortar,the diameter of vertical steel bars,the thickness of the surface layer(plate wall).And the results present that the lower the mortar strength,the larger the diameter and the thickness with the better effect of double-sided reinforcement.Moreover,it introduces the application of the seismic ability index method after reinforcement and summarizes the calculation method of the wall stiffness and seismic bearing capacity after reinforcement in different ways.Finally,the representative local two-storey masonry housing are chosen to make a typical engineering analysis.In order to verify the accuracy of the results of the seismic bearing capacity,the formula method and PKPM software are used for checking calculation respectively,which shows that compared with the formula method,the checking calculation of PKPM software is smaller.Three methods are employed to reinforce the housing.This thesis studies and contrasts the changes of parameters of the reinforced housing,such as the gravity load representative value G,the seismic shear standard value V,the ratio of resistance to effect?,and the floor comprehensive seismic performance index?_s.To sum up,the results indicate that different reinforcing methods have distinct influence on each parameter.At last,considering the actual housing conditions and the various reinforcement effects,the thesis chooses the appropriate reinforcement method.
