Green building rating system developed rapidly in recent years, the international community has successfully introduced a variety for all types of building green evaluation system. China began to implement in early2015 the latest "green building evaluation criteria", which includes building residential and public buildings evaluation criteria, but a large gap between rural and urban residential housing, and the special climate in Northeast China, can not be generalized. Therefore, this article is intended to build a house suitable for rural northeast Green Evaluation System.In this paper, the existing rural residential green development in Northeast conduct research and analysis, starting from the conservation of energy and resources, environmental quality, comfort requirements and operational management aspects, mainly in Heihe,Zhaodong,Suihua in Heilongjiang Province, Changchun in Jilin Province, Fuxin in Liaoning Province, Inner Mongolia Chifeng City and other places of subordinate villages for the survey, a comprehensive study has been published at home and abroad and the large number of applications of green house evaluation system to determine the structure and content of the initial decision index evaluation index system, Through the recommendations and observations of the Advisory experts in related fields are obtained, the evaluation index system modification and improvement, and quantitative indicators give reasonable value.Expert survey by AHP, in the process data, the application Grubbs method for data outliers removed, then the level of reliable experts analyzed to ensure the authority of the resulting data.
