Researeh On Traffic Evacuation Strategies For Emergent Publie Events

With the rapid development of social economy and urban modernization process’acceleration, sudden public events make very bad influence to the city, especially in the area of transportation which is more outstanding. Once the sudden public events occur, it may cause the breakage of traffic lines and transportation, then make the contradictions between decreased utilization of traffic and the growing large volume, thus the vulnerability of modern traffic system in responding various disasters is more exposed. So emergency traffic evacuation research must be prepared to respond the public emergencies which will occur accidentally.Firstly the current situation about the public emergency traffic evacuation research at home and abroad is summarized. Next, a brief overview is made about emergencies and emergency traffic evacuation, the nature of public emergencies and influence to road traffic are analyzed, the characteristics of emergency evacuation and its main content are discussed simultaneously. Thirdly, the related aspects of forecasting analysis in traffic emergency evacuation are estimated; also, some analysis models are built for emergency transportation resources optimization arrangements base on the operation research theory. At the same time, making full use of minimum-cost flow principle, the selection model of traffic emergency evacuation route is built, namely emergency traffic evacuation route choice network model. At last, the basic strategies of road traffic organization and management is put forward according to the characteristics of traffic flow in public emergencies.Through the study, a set of quantified research approaches of traffic evacuation for emergent public events can be got, which can provide a scientific and effective technical support the decision-making on traffic evacuation of the transportation sector.
