Research On Traffic Evacuation Under The Emergency Incidents

With the rapid development of economy and society, cities have become increasingly modernized. the conflict between traffic demand and supply becomes ever more fierce and the traffic network gets very fragile. At the same time, many emergency incidents would happen frequently, which might result in traffic congestion and traffic paralysis. Because emergency incidents are very difficult and inconvenient to rescue in time, they cause not only property damage, but also large casualty. Under this circumstance, it is very important to take out preventive solutions of emergency evacuation.In the first place, this paper has analyzed the emergency traffic organization and evacuation and analyzed the traffic characteristic under the emergency incidents. Based on the analyses of present research of the emergency incidents in China, how to choose the strategy of the traffic was put forward.In the second place, this paper researches on the issue of the emergency evacuation. Evacuating the people in the short time is the purpose of the emergency rescuing organization and evacuation, so how to choose the path is the most important issue. Based on the analyses on evacuation flow characteristics, route choice model of the transportation evacuation is founded.Based on the characteristic of the traffic flow, this paper researches on the issue of the emergency evacuation path under the emergency incidents. though the previous strategy of the traffic, the strategy of the traffic under the emergency incidents ensure that the car regularly traveled in the path.
