Hybrid drive mechanism is not only the key study of modern mechanism, and the fusionof several cross subjects , but also one further research developing direction of the modernmechanism. In this paper, we do the system research analysis for a kind of seven-barmechanisms with the Translation output. In the condition of not changing the basicconfiguration and the size of mechanisms, we can get different stroke and the outputmovement of the different movement law through the only change of controllable motor drive,it fully embodies the output of the mechanisms of flexible and flexible adjustability,andproves the linear output hybrid driven alternative theoretical feasibility of cam mechanismand the superiority.First of all, mechanism of generalization, kinematic chain number synthesis, atlas ofgeneralized chains are obtained. According to the demand of the specific conditions, thespecialized chains are obtained.We summarize the linear output seven-bar mechanism whichsatisfy the actual demand. make the configuration analysis, and get different configurationsaccording to the number of different crank.Second, we make the kinematics and dynamics analysis of mechanism, and set up akinematics and dynamics equation。Through the reverse engineering method, we makeanalysis and design of the inverse kinematics, get the change rule expression of angularvelocity and angle acceleration about a driver links.Finally, the simulation analysis, the cam mechanism return-rise, return-dwell-rise etcbasic motion law, through seven-bar mechanisms with the translation output can be realized,and the motion law of typical patterned, five polynomial movement rules, the harmonic movement rule simulation, through the seven-bar mechanisms with the translation output wellimplemented the output motion. The analysis shows that the seven-bar mechanisms with thetranslation-output do not change the size of configurations in mechanisms, on the basis ofmany different can realize the movement rule of cam mechanism, reflects its commonality,intelligence and diversity, lay a good foundation for the broad range of practical application.
