Research On The Construction And Strategy Of Human Intelligence Network

Construction of human intelligence network can fully realize the access to information, intelligence analysis and competitive intelligence system optimization. It has been an important component of competitive intelligence work. First, based on absorption of human network theory and research findings, the paper systematically reviews the human intelligence network concepts and theory system. Second, combining with competitive intelligence, the paper analyzes the purposes of human intelligence network construction, and proposes the construction processes. Meanwhile, several assessment criteria to the construction of human intelligence network are proposed, such as redundancy of network, scale, relationship with key nodes and the cost of human intelligence network, to provide the basis of direction and evaluation for human intelligence network construction. Third, to solve the problems of human intelligence network construction, combining with relationship management, the paper also raises the relations strategy of enterprise deriving from four core relationship, including internal relations strategy, customer relations strategy, partner relations strategy and influencer relations strategy, so as to provide guidance method for human intelligence construction contrarily and scientifically. Last, the paper proposes some operational strategies, as interviews method, communication technology, knowledge alliance and knowledge map, in order to achieve the transformation of human intelligence network from construction to benefit.
