After a long period of development of the construction machinery industry in China,China has become the most important market for Construction Machinery in the world.After a five-year in-depth adjustment,the sales volume of some of construction machinery in China had a recovery growth in 2016.The progressive promotion of the national development strategy has brought new impetus into the development of China's economy.With the development of the construction machinery industry,the adjustment about the scale of industry and the increase of fixed-asset investment,China construction machinery industry faces new opportunities and challenges,and that will open a new path for development.In this paper,the article takes Sany Heavy Industry as the research object,and through the analysis of competitive environment and its major competitors in market,base on the content of the analysis,it proposes competitive strategy that is applicable to the development of current and future Sany Heavy Industry.It also made suggestions for the sustainable and healthy development of the enterprise.Meanwhile,it contributes to enriching the applied research of competitive intelligence theory.This paper begins with the introduce of the data and information about all aspects of Sany.Then,it analyzes the macro competitive environment of Sany Heavy Industry from four aspects,including the political environment?economic environment?social environment and technological environment.In addition,this paper analyzes the company's micro competitive environment with Porter's Five Forces Model Analysis including upstream suppliers?downstream users and new entrants,etc.Furthermore,it analyzes the competitive intelligence analysis of Zoomlion as the main competitor,including the analysis of Zoomlion's business data?scientific and technological strength?current strategy?relevant ability and so on.Moreover,after using SWOT analysis to analyze Sany Heavy Industry,Sany Heavy Industry's corporate competitive strategy is proposed as a differentiation strategy,which includes market differentiation?product differentiation?personnel management differentiation and service differentiation to provide effective competitive intelligence support for Sany's development in the future development of China's construction machinery industry.it can timely adjust the company's competitive strategy to enhance the competitiveness of Sany Heavy Industry.This research has a realistic guiding significance to Sany Heavy Industry,at the same time,it also enriches the theoretical research system of competitive intelligence,and it will help the related companies'competitive intelligence practice.
