Study On Construction Of Human Intelligence Based On The Knowledge Management

Along with the globalization and the coming of knowledge economy era, thecompetitive intelligence is one of the big three network human intelligence network(Human Intelligence Network, referred to as HIN) and knowledge managementintegration research has become the hot spot of research. The study found that peoplein acquiring information more preference to ask for help, but not the intelligence itselfwere collected, and knowledge management is the mining concealed in the brain of thetacit knowledge, and guide the tacit knowledge to explicit knowledge transfer, andpromote the knowledge in an organization is individual be shared between, finalimplementation whole organization income. This knowledge management and humanintelligence network fusion offers feasibility.This paper firstly brought forward the human intelligence network is the productwith the theory of social network and competitive intelligence theory combined. It willbe transferred to the social network competitive intelligence activities carried out bypeople, namely in a platform for information collection, collation, analysis and sharingactivities. This paper made the introduction to social capital strength, structural holestheory as well as the weak relationship between theory of human intelligence andknowledge management theory, the knowledge flow, knowledge base and knowledgemap system overview.Secondly, this paper analyzed the change of external environment and oneselfdevelopment pressure to XXNY company, discussed XXNY company to construct ahuman intelligence network with intelligence resource guide, information analysis andinformation transfer effect of supplement.Again, this paper sought knowledge management and human intelligence networkintegration between the intrinsic mechanism, the knowledge management theory,methods and the basic tools to human intelligence network construction process. Andthis paper completed the human intelligence network model selection design, humanintelligence network knowledge organization design and knowledge acquisition way,using the way of design, interpersonal information network management andoptimization.Finally, this paper took a case study of XXNY company. XXNY company system discusses the human intelligence network construction concreteimplementation plan, obtains knowledge management based on human intelligencenetwork system model. This model breaks the static complete information collection ofmalpractice, realizes the system dynamic characteristic, and has an automaticinformation retrieval, analysis functions. Also it has the realization of humanintelligence network and analysis of structural visualization function.
