Now the “mass entrepreneurship and innovation” politics was elaborated in an important period of strategic opportunities,our country give great help to the innovation and entrepreneurial talent,entrepreneurs gradually become active,the amount of new ventures is increasing.Compared with the mature enterprises,new ventures are the most vulnerable stage in the growth process of enterprises.There are deficiencies in capital,technology and talent,so that they do not have competitive advantages.Therefore,tacit knowledge is particularly important to its development.As the most effective way to acquire tacit knowledge,human intelligence network has become the best solution for new ventures to get recessive resources and enhance competitiveness.With the development of Internet,the diversity of new media forms provide more abundant ways of communication and management for new ventures,which are starting to affect the ability and efficiency of building new human intelligence networks.Therefore,in order to better enhance the efficiency and value of China's new enterprise human intelligence network,this paper combined the characteristics of new media with the theory of human intelligence network.On the basis of the analysis of the value of human intelligence network to new ventures and the new media environment for our new enterprise to build human intelligence network,this paper explores the problems and shortcomings of the new ventures' human intelligence network under the new media environment.And the improvement strategy is put forward.The focus of this study mainly consists of two parts: one is model construction,and the other important part is empirical analysis.First of all,based on previous theoretical study,we constructed the evaluation model of the human intelligence network capability and the factor model of our new enterprise under the new media environment;secondly,collecting data by means of questionnaire and interview,a total of 479 questionnaires were recovered,392 effective questionnaires;then,using Amos24.0 to build the structural equation model,and with the SPSS22.0 together to analysis the statistical data;finally,the five characteristics of the human intelligence network capability and the hypothesis of influence factors in new media environment are obtained.And on this basis,according to the present situation of human intelligence network in China after the new enterprise research,we put forward suggestions from two aspects of strategy and process of China's new enterprise to establish the human intelligence network in the new media environment,in order to provide reference for China's construction of new ventures in the new media environment of human intelligence network and improve the ability of China's new enterprise human intelligence network.We hope that our new ventures through the human intelligence network can obtain more reasonable construction of the recessive resources to enhance their competitiveness.
