The Study Of Community Newspaper In China

This article chosen the community newspapers as an object and mainly from three aspects to study. First of all, it collected and combed 70 academia community newspaper articles in recently 10years. These articles were staged, classified and by this display the current domestic research status of community newspapers. Secondly, theoretical analysis the concept of community newspapers. Also, it takes the "5w" communication theory as the basis and the American community newspapers as the research object, to build a simple model of the community newspaper and describe the main features of it in a system way, which can be taken the basis for further research of Chinese community newspapers. Thirdly, it divided and introduced the Chinese community newspapers into four categories according to the structure characteristics. On the basis of above analysis, this article points out three problems of the current development of Chinese community newspapers, which are over emphasize the economical level of community, pursuit the express quantity in a blind way and the inappropriate management. It gives three strategies, namely, from emphasis the development status of economics to the community autonomy, from pursuing the quantity of express to the permeability, from "large investment, big outcome" to "low cost, small income". These three strategies take an important practical significance in the development of Chinese community newspapers.
