| With the real estate business in the field of large-scale commercial real estate expansion, through the regional development in order to win competitive advantages, have the use of information technology tools to enhance and optimize the existing management model, the existing implementation of advanced management ideas, enhance their ability to respond quickly to market, and establishing the organizational structure of commercial real estate operations and management.This paper is in the study the commercial real estate business model and strategy based on the literature related to HWPG branches in various cities to customize the implementation of "Commercial Real Estate Management Information System" for the case. By relevant personnel of the regional branch of the business depth interviews with research, in order to gain branches in different regions on the commercial real estate operation and management model and strategy, and management information systems; then classified according to the demand constraint theory, analysis of the regional branch operations management in the commercial real estate on the similarities and differences, the structure of the demand; in object-oriented approach, based on the angle between the component modeling, design, business management model and the system function model, the circulation through the data working-follow stream composition of commercial real estate operation and management information system framework; and the configurable way of component combination. This architecture could be used in actually development and deploy, and assist HWPG to base on the difference in the cross-regional branch of the context of operational requirements, adopt of the domestic variety of commercial real estate business model, improve business management, strengthen the Group's control.
