Design And Realization Of Commercial Real Estate Management System

Information Technology rises rapidly recent years, which attracts a lot of companies taking part in this revolution. Every aspect within our life, like clothes, food, housing, traffic, science, education, culture and healthy care, has already involved internet application. And we see no trend that internet application is fading away. In this dissertation, the real estate information management system is an example of internet application on real estate industry.B/S(Browser/Server) structure is selected by the author to instruct the whole design and realization of the real estate information management system. As to technology the author applied, PHP with MySQL plays a key role in this design. Later, the author introduced to us what functions are needed within this system. Every individual function and design are detailed. Database management and design are also shown. In the phase of system testing, a full test of function and performance is operated.The author makes a dent in designing searching house through mapping system, which is the innovation of this dissertaiton.Several work is done after researches on backgrounds. The author’s main work in this paper is listed as follows:1) Top level system structure research and design, considering the real needs, the author takes the way of MVC and B/S design.2) Practice designing with PHP and MySQL technology, and perfecting the system when designing.3) Detailed research on what customer needs for the following design and realization.4) Accomplishing work on designing and realization, setting up a real estate information management system, and fulfilling system testing.
