The Clinical Analysis Of 926 Cases Of Cosmetic Dermatosis In Dalian

Objective: To summarize and analyze the clinical features of cosmetic dermatosis and the cosmetic types of causing cosmetic dermatosis.Methods: 926 cases of cosmetic dermatosis were to be analyzed clinically, and patch test was used to measured questionable cosmetics.Results: The main clinical manifestation is contact dermatitis (90.28%), next are hyperpigmentation(3.78%),acne lesion(3.24% ),actinic dermatitis(2.16%),contact urticaria(0.54%). There are 2019 types of questionable cosmetics, the main are skin care cosmetics(92%). 359patients are positive in patch tests of 926 patients, the positive rate is 38.77%.Conclusions: Conclusion: There are many reasons causing cosmetic dermatology: First, the widespread use of cosmetics; second, inferior-quality cosmetics, microbe pollution, over proof toxic substances, toxic stimulation of chemical material, violated drug adding, unclear instructions; Third, improper selection and use of cosmetics, not giving up the cosmetics in time or going to see a doctor in regular hospitals when there is malaise. Therefore, the prevention of adverse reaction of cosmetics and cosmetics'health management should focus on sensitization substance monitoring. For further study on adverse reaction caused by ingredients, it is recommended to have European standard Antigen-like patchtest. It is our joint efforts to prevent cosmetic dermatology, which includes relevant cosmetic manufactures, research institutes, sale reps, dermatologists and patients. We should enhance further propaganda about cosmetic dermatology to consumers and establish a complete monitoring system of cosmetic dermatology.
