Analysis Of The Results Of Patch Test For Patients With CACD Lanzhou And Its Correlation With TCM Constitution

Objective:(1)Through patch test for patients with Cosmetic allergic contact dermatitis(CACD)in Lanzhou The main allergens of CACD in this area were analyzed.(2)By analyzing the main physique types of CACD in Lanzhou area and the distribut ion of TCM constitutionof patients with different severity of illness.(3)Explore the correlation between the results of patch test and TCM constitution of patients with CACD.Methods: According to diagnosis standards of CACD,From December 2016 to November 2017,the CACD patients in Lanzhou military region General Hospital were divided into mild group and severe group according to the severity of the disease.Choose the patch test kit produced by Yongxing Tongbang Medical Technology Tai zhou Co,Ltd.(Production batch number 20161201)to conduct the Patch test and physic que test was conducted following the "Classification and determination of physique of traditional Chinese medicine" Criteria(ZZYXH/T157-2009)of Chinese traditional Chinese medicine society.Finally,the data wereprocessed andanalysed statistically by spss20.0.P<0.05 indicated that the difference was statistically significant.Results: We received a total of 120 CACD patients,including 94 mild cases and severe 26 cases.There was no significant difference in age,sex and course of disease between two groups of CACD patients.Results:(1)The total positive rate was 71.66% with patch test,30.83% for unique allergen,22.5% for two kinds of allergens,and 17.5% for over 3 allergens.The top five all ergenswere respectively.nickel chloride(42.5%),nickel sulfate(25.83%),P-phenylene diamine(15.83%),cobalt chloride(10.83%),potassium dichromate(9.17%);Among all the positive patients,the positive rate of test results was 72.44% and 68.18% in 71 female cases and 15 male cases respectively,showing no significant difference in the positive rate of different sexes.(c~2=0.25,P>0.05);There were significant differences in the positive rates between different age groups.(c~2=14.46,P<0.05)while there was no s tatistically significant difference in the positive rate of patients with different se verity.(c~2=0.83,P>0.05).(2)The constitution distribution rates of CACD patients in Lanzhou are respectiv ely Yang deficiency(16.7%),Qi deficiency(13.5%),qi stagnation(13.5%),phlegm dampness(12.6%),yin deficiency(11.2%),blood stasis(9.71%)damp heat quality(9.12%),idiosyncrasy(8.82%),and peace quality(4.71%).There were 46 cases of single constitution and 64 cases of clamping constitution.The distribution rates of two-seven kinds of double clamp constitution is 20 cases(16.7%),13 Cases(10.8%),18Cases(15%),7 Cases(5.83%),9 Cases(7.5%),7 Cases(5.83%);Among them,the di stribution rates of male and female Yang deficiency were 5% and 42.5% respectively along with 16.6% and 36.7% for Qi stagnation;4.2% and 34.17% for qi deficiency;4.2% and 31.7% for phlegm dampness;3.3% and 28.3% for yin deficiency;2.5% and 25% for blood stasis;The distribution of 5% and 20.8% for damp heat;1.67% and 23.3%for idiosyncrasy;4.16% and 9.16% for peace quality.The difference of constitution distri-bution in patients with different severity is statistically significant.(c~2=6.339,P<0.05).(3)The results show that there is a correlation between nickel chloride positive and Yang deficiency.(R~s=0.197,P<0.05);a correlation between p-phenylenediamine positi ve and qi stagnation.(R~s=0.208,P<0.05);a correlation between aromatic mixture positive and gas tumefaction.(R~s=0.21,P<0.05);a correlation between nickel sulfate positiveand deficiency of qi.(R~s=0.209,P<0.05);a correlation between nickel sulfate positive and ph legmdampness.(R~s=0.233,P<0.05);a correlation between dichloroacetamide positive and phlegm dampness.(R~s=0.184,P<0.05)and acorrelation between formaldehyde positive an dyin deficiency.(R~s=0.182,P<0.05);The positive cases of nickel sulfate,nickel chloride,formaldehyde,p-phenylenediamine and cobalt chloride were correlated with blood stasis.(R~s=0.219.0.211.0.241.0.223.0.209(P<0.05);There is a correlation between propanol bro mate positive and phlegm dampness.(R~s=0.221,P<0.05)Formaldehyde,nickel chloride and propanediol positive is related to the intrinsic quality.(R~s=0.203.0.217.0.216,P<0.05);There is a correlation between nickel chloride positive and mild quality.(R~s=-0.185,P<0.05).:Conclusion: 1 CACD patients in Lanzhou area were mainly in young and middle-age groups.Metal salts preservatives and p-phenylenediamine in cosmetics were the main causative agents of CACD in Lanzhou area.2 The distribution of constitutions of CACD patients in Lanzhou area was mainly Yang deficiency,Qi deficiency and Qi stagnation,and the patients with phlegm and dampness were more likely to develop severe CACD.3 There was a certain correlation between the results of CACD patch test and ph ysiques in Lanzhou rea..
