| Objective: To observe the efficacy of Shugan Jianpi Huoxue decoction in treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitu with depression(T2DM D),find the relationship between The type 2 diabetes and the depression,;To explore the etiology ,pathogenesis and the rule differentiation of syndromes and signs.Methion:patients with type 2 diabetes and depressive disoeder were randomly assigned to 4 groups: Shugan Jianpi Huoxue decoction treatment group, Fluoxetine treatment group,combined treatment group and control group, the clinical effect of tradional Chinese medicine was evaluated ,the clinical effect and side reaction were evaluated separately with HAMD before and after the treatment ,fasting blood glucose (FBG),postprandial blood glucose (PBG),glycosylated hemoglobin A(HbAlc) ,C-peptide,Triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein (LDL-C)were used to assess the therapeutic efficacy.Results:(1)the effective rate and the improvement of the patient's symptomsand of combined treatment group was highest , the improvement on blood levels was significantly greater than any other groups(p<0.05); combined treatment group can Reduce the Side Effect of Fluoxetine(p<0.05) (2) The comparison of The total effective rate between the Shugan Jianpi Huoxue decoction treatment group and the Fluoxetine treatment group has no significant difference,The comparison of The blood lever of FBG,PBG,HbAlc,C-peptide,TG,LDL-C ,HAMD scores has no significant difference(p>0.05). (3) After the treatment,the clinical effect of the control group had a side-effect than before(p<0.05), the other treatment groups had great difference compared with the control group (P<0.001).Conclusion: Shugan Jianpi Huoxue decoction is safe and effective for T2DM D. |
