Observation On The Curative Effect Of Shugan Jianpi Mingmu Decoction On The Optic Nerve Atrophy With Liver Depression And Spleen Deficiency

Objective: To determine the therapeutic effect of Shugan Jianpi Mingmu decoction on optic nerve atrophy(optic atrophy,OA)of liver depression and spleen deficiency type.Methods: 66 patients with liver depression and spleen deficiency selected from the ophthalmology clinic of our hospital were randomly divided into test group(n=33)and control group(n=33).The control group was given vitamin B1 tablet(Shanghai Xinyi Huanghe Pharmaceutical Co.Ltd,20 mg,3 times a day,orally)and mecobalamin tablet(North China Pharmaceutical Co.Ltd,0.5mg,3 times a day,orally).4 weeks as a course of treatment,2 courses of treatment.Test group: on the basis of the control group,oral Shugan Jianpi Mingmu decoction,4 weeks as a course of treatment,2courses of treatment.After two courses of treatment,the changes of best corrected visual acuity,visual field,pattern visual evoked potential and TCM syndrome scores were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:(1)the total effective rate of the test group and the control group after treatment was 87.87% and 51.5% respectively.By statistical test,the difference of the total effective rate between the two groups was compared.The results showed that the treatment effect of the test group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)the curative effect of TCM syndrome in the test group was 87.87%,while that in the control group was 45.45%.Through the statistical test,the difference in the efficiency of TCM syndrome between the two groups was compared,and the results showed that the test group had a great advantage in improving TCM syndrome.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)after treatment,the best corrected visual acuity was improved,the visual field and pattern visual evoked potential were improved compared with thoes before treatment,and the TCM syndrome scores were decreased in both the test group and the control group.The statistical test showed that there were significant differences in the same group before and after treatment.There was statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the comparison of best corrected visual acuity,visual field and pattern visual evoked potential between the two groups showed that the test group was superior to the control group in improving best corrected visual acuity,visual field and pattern visual evoked potential,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)the relationship between the course of disease and the curative effect,through the comparison of the efficiency of the courses of disease of the two groups,it can be concluded that the longer the course of disease,the worse the curative effect.(5)during the treatment,the general vital signs,blood routine,urine routine,liver and kidney function were in the normal range,and there was no drug allergic reaction.Conclusion: Shugan Jianpi Mingmu decoction can effectively improve the best corrected visual acuity of OA patients with liver depression and spleen deficiency,improve the visual field and pattern visual evoked potential,and relieve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,and there are no obvious side effects.It is a safe and effective prescription for the treatment of OA of liver depression and spleen deficiency.
