Traditional Chinese Medicine have cured the sickness and provided prevention in China for thousands of years of civilization in the history. It is an important part of national culture. And it made significant contributions to Chinese procreation and Human physical heath.However, China now steps in a period of economy change and social advancement. The negative infection of market economy, some harmful thoughts and conduct had involved the medical service. The most of professional ethics in Chinese medical workers is good. But a few medical workers had a violation of medical ethics and even acts contrary to law. Obviously, their professional ethics education and vocational education should be enhanced. Health Behavior resolves people's health and life. As a result of medical malpractice medical ethics issues negative affection on society great, physician-patient relationship has become the focus of attention. Medical colleges as the cradle of medical worker, its mandate was not to train doctors'medical skill, but also to shape the career of the great doctor. That should be ensured from the source of ethics education. Strengthen medical ethics education in medical students has very important educational significance.I used the literature research, interviews and questionnaires. First part described the connotation and concept of medical ethics, medical ethics education and ethics education in medical students. Base on collection and compilation of literature or books, I analyzed students and scholars of traditional Chinese medicine's basic conditions of medical ethics education. Scholars put forward many constructive suggestions about Traditional Chinese medicine for the development of medical ethics education, but base on the current ethics of educational, there are still some aspects to be improved. The second part, I enhance the importance of medical ethics education to Traditional Chinese medical students in three aspects, ideological and political education, building a socialist harmonious society and promoting the development of medical and health services. The third part, base on questionnaires with students in Guangxi Tradition Chinese Medical University and interviews with some teachers, I system analyzes medical ethics education in Traditional Chinese medical students in the current situation. I found that college students in Traditional Chinese medicine is extremely lack of medical ethics education, ethics education is lack of humanistic education, the quality of the content of education, ethics education in the medical curriculum students to be scientific proof of effectiveness of medical ethics education students needs to be improved, lack of medical ethics education teachers. I reveal the problems of medical ethics education. First, due to negative impact on the market economy, and medical ethics landslides in health care industry. Both make a great impact on students thinking. Second, ethics education is far behind the time, failed to establish a "people first" philosophy in education to all the people. Third is that education in college doesn't recognize the importance of ethics education. There is not enough emphasis on ethics education. It emphasize on medical technology training. And it ignored the medical ethics education. Fourth, just a single method of ethics education and the traditional indoctrination or "persuade" type of education model are difficult to stimulate students resonance, leading to students'learning initiative is not enough, medical ethics education effect is not obvious. Fifth, there are short of ethics education teachers and the professional ones. Base on the main reason of the problem, which appears in Traditional Chinese medical students'ethics education, the fourth part tell us to strengthen and improve ethics education in a series of in-depth study of countermeasures. First proposed the concept to update the medical ethics education, establish a "people-oriented" concept of medical ethics education, strengthen students'subjectivity. The second is establish scientific medical ethics education content,which is "student-centered, patient-centered" medical ethics education content.That is to strengthen studying the medical ethics normsand the medical regulations, strengthen of medical etiquette education, strengthen the education of traditional Chinese culture.And the third is to build a variety of effective educational carrier, that is, through the ideological and political education classes, professional medical courses, campus culture, social practice, clinical practice, medical student self-educated.Multi-channel enhancement medical ethics education in order to achieve all-round education. The fourth is to optimize medical ethics education teachers, to achieve ereryone is a teacher, give full play to the ideological and political teachers, teachers of medical ethics, ideological and political counselors, medical specialized teachers in particular the role of clinical teachers to improve teacher " ereryone is a teacher " awareness for the students to establish a good moral example.Through this research, to improve the effectiveness of ethics education in college students provide reference. This article is systems analysis by combining with the innovation of Traditional Chinese medical students'characteristics, home and abroad students'medical ethics education and understanding, the current status of ethics education. Medical institutions in seeking medical ethics education on the problems existing in multi-angle analysis and systems on the basis of induction, the author fully integrated school educational resources, innovation and education measures for Chinese medicine, medical ethics education students multi-dimensional, full of ideas to guide the creation of medical ethics education students in the practice of medicine.
