| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Shenqi Xuefuzhuyu decoction treat the disease of blood stasis due to qi deficiency causing coronary heart disease(CHD)angina and on serum lipids,to probe its mechanism of action.Methods:Recruited 60cases of CHD Patients, randomly divided in to trial(30) and control(30) groups according to visiting.The two groups were given Aspirin and Betaloc po,The treatment group was given Shenqi Xuefuzhuyu decoction at twice everyday on basis treating in routine; The control group was given Tongxinluo Capsule,Each 3 capsules 3 times a day.When Angina attack sublingual nitroglycerin, Were treated for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed and their effects on serum lipids.Results:1. Comparison of angina before and after treatment to improve the situation:in treatment group is 96.67%,the Control group is 80.00%,the significant difference (P<0.05).2.The Significant efficiency about the improvement of Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome in treatment group is 96.67%,the Control group is76.67%,the significant difference (P<0.05).3.The efficient about the improvement of ECG in treatment group is 80.00%,the Control group is 50.00%,the significant difference (P<0.05).4.Lipids before and after treatment compared to the situation:Two lipid check,Before and after treatment,There was significant difference (P< 0.05);After treatment between the two groups,There were no significant differences (P>0.05),Two groups close to lipid changes.Conclusion:1. Shenqi Xuefuzhuyu decoction can relieve angina symptoms in patients with blood stasis due toqi asthenia causing coronary heart disease, can reduce the amount of nitroglycerin.2. Shenqi Xuefuzhuyu decoction can improve the blood stasis due toqi asthenia causing coronary heart disease in patients with TCM clinical symptoms.3. Shenqi Xuefuzhuyu decoction can improve the blood stasis due to qi asthenia causing coronary heart disease in patients with angina pectoris with ischemic ECG changes. |
