Xuefuzhuyu Decoction Treated Stable Angina(Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Dilated)with Anxiety State Of Clinical Research

Objective : Through observation xuefuzhuyu decoction side of angina efficacy,Chinese medicine symptom,anxiety self-rating scale(self-rating anxiety scale,sas),lipoprotein a [lipoprotein(a),lp(a)],homocysteine(homocysteine,hcy)and other indicators of analyzed for stable angina((Qi stagnation and Blood Stasis Dilated))with anxiety state of clinical efficacy,to traditional Chinese medicine prevention of coronary heart disease stable angina with anxiety provide new ideas.Methods:The outpatient department and ward of the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were diagnosed as stable angina pectoris with anxiety state,and 60 patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,30 cases in each group.Control group:aspirin enteric-coated tablets 100 mg / day,metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets47.5 mg / day,rosuvastatin calcium tablets 10 mg / day,isosorbide mononitrate sustained release tablets 40 mg / day,Apu Zotrazole tablets 0.4mg / day,Western medicine treatment.The experimental group was treated with the above-mentioned western medicine combined with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction and the treatment group,and both groups were treated for 4weeks.The effects of the beds before and after treatment were observed in the two groups.Results:1.TCM symptom efficacy: After treatment,the symptoms of TCM in the chest pain,depression,chest tightness,chest fullness,temperament,wrist suffocation,insomnia,forgetfulness,headache,observation group are better than the control group,the difference is statistical The significance of learning(both P<0.05);TCM total efficacyobservation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.01);tongue coating,pulse effect,observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05);2.angina symptom effect: angina pectoris In the single symptom and angina symptom scores,the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05);3.The nitroglycerin arrest rate: the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05);4.The electrocardiogram effect: the observation group was obvious Better than the control group(P<0.05);5.Biochemical indicators: total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG)observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05);LP(a),The effect of Hcy was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).6.SAS score: The effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05)。Conclusion:Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction has a significant effect on the clinical symptoms and examination indexes of patients with stable angina pectoris(qi stagnation and blood stasis type)with anxiety,and can significantly improve the anxiety symptoms of patients.
