| Objective:To study the efficacy of ShuGanQuYuTang Decoction in patients with Liver Blood Liver Qi stagnation of Chloasma.Methods:52 patients with Liver Blood Liver Qi stagnation of Chloasma were divided into two groups randomly. ShuGanQuYuTang Decoction was used in treatment group and VitC,VitE were used in control group.One course is one month and analyze the statiscial scores of the transformation of area and color after three courses.Results:The total disease effective rate was significantly higher in treatment group(76.67%)compared with that in control group (40.91%,P<0.05).The improvement of area and color of Chloasma in the treatment group are superior to those in the control group.Conclusion:The effect of ShuGanQuYuTang Decoction is superior to the VitC. VitE in female patients with Chloasma,with satisfying curative effect. |
