The Clinical Research Of Huan Bai Xiao Ban Decoction On Chloasma With Liver Depression And Qi Stagnation Type

Objective:Explore the influence of serum E2, FSH, LH, P level and clinical curative effect HuanBaiXiaoBan decoction in the treatment of female chloasma.Method:A total of 80 people were chosen to enter this research.60 cases from Second Affiliated Hospital to Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine cosmetology department outpatient service.20 cases of healthy subjects from Second Affiliated Hospital to Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine staff as a health group. Distribution of patients with random number table method, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group. The treatment group oral HuanBaiXiaoBan decoction (each day), the control group oral Xiaoyao pills (1 pill/time,2 times/day). After the treatment, observing two groups of patients with morphology of lesions (skin area and the color) and the improvement of TCM symptoms, serving the improvement of lesion as curative effect evaluation index. At the same time measurement before and after treatment in patients with serum E2, FSH, LH and P level, compared with healthy group and using statistical software for data analysis.Results:1.The treatment group total effectiveness 86.7%, control group total effective rate 60.0%.TCM symptom score were significantly improved in both groups, the treatment group was better than control group(p<0.05).2. Before the treatment, two groups of serum E2, LH and FSH values are significantly difference with the healthy group(p<0.05), the P value and health groups have no significant difference(p>0.05). Measured again after treatment, the treatment group in serum E2, LH and FSH values were improved the control group only in serum E2 has improved. The E2 values change the treatment group was more obvious.Conclusion:1.HuanBaiXiaoBan decoction in improving chloasma lesion form and main symptoms of TCM curative effect is superior to control group, high safety.2.Chloasma patients’serum E2, LH, FSH values are widespread abnormalities. HuanBaiXiaoBan decoction can adjust this several patients with hormone levels.
