Objective: Objective assessment of the pain after outer peel and in rolling of mixed hemorrhoid patients, explore the self-comparison method postoperative pain assessment Anal advantages and feasibility of pain assessment in order to further promote the improvement of surgical methods and lay the foundation. Methods: The study collected consistent with mixed hemorrhoids (â…¡~â…£degree hemorrhoids) surgical treatment of 60 patients, divided into 2 groups according to anesthesia, 30 patients in each group. A group of local anesthesia outside the strip within the mixed hemorrhoid ligation, referred to as local anesthesia group; another group in the spinal or epidural stripping down outside the mixed hemorrhoid ligation, referred to as the spinal anesthesia group. Divided into 2 groups according to gender, male 41 cases, 19 cases of women. Observed using a linear visual analog scale in patients with different parts of the preoperative and postoperative pain scores at different times, outside of mixed hemorrhoid patients after stripping the bar to make an objective evaluation of pain. Results: Mixed hemorrhoids external dissection and internal ligation group and spinal anesthesia in patients with preoperative pain during venous puncture was no significant difference; mixed hemorrhoid outside strip internal ligation of pain scores were significantly lower than male female pain score; mixed hemorrhoids external dissection in patients with postoperative pain within the ligation group the difference between men and women were no significant differences; mixed hemorrhoid outside strip internal ligation when the spinal anesthesia group was significantly lower than pain, pain in the value of local anesthesia group, patients in the narcotic drugs within 24h efficacy of pain after losing the value of spinal anesthesia group was significantly lower than that. Outside the strip bar mixed hemorrhoid patients after the pain is the difference between the most stable conscious patients with the first dressing change after surgery and preoperative pain, pain in the value of the difference between venous puncture, pain difference of about 5. Conclusion: Mixed hemorrhoid surgery with local anesthesia in patients with pain difference is small, compared with its own law in a timely, objective assessment of the patient's pain.
