Circular Economy-The Strategic Choice To Realize Sustainable Development Of The China's Economy

Because of the stern situation of global environment resources, scholars all of the world have discussed the transformation of the traditional economy development pattern beneficially, and have placed the circular economy research on the prominent position and pay more attention to it. In 1990s, the Chinese scholars have started to concern and discuss on circular economy. In the situation of implementing Scientific View of Development and the strategy of sustainable development, developing circular economy was accepted by the people. In recent ten years, the Chinese scholars have being concerned on the concept, characteristic, principle and model of circular economy theory ,but they have less being involved in some deep problems of the circular economy theory and the practical process. At present, so we must pay more attention to the research of measures of developing circular economy in China. Therefore, it is important for practical significance to explore how to use the circular economy theory guiding the sustainable development of China's economy.In this thesis, the author takes the sustainable development theory and the circular economic theory as the instruction, takes developing circular economy in China as the object of study, and takes how to develop the circular economy to realize the sustainable development of economy in China as the research destination. On the basis of analyzing thoroughly on stern situation of resources, ecology and environment, the author explicitly pointes out the strategic meanings of developing the circular economy to realize the sustainable development in China, combining with economic development reality of China, and analyzes the actual condition to develop circular economy and the problems exist now. On the basis of researching the development of circular economy of the developed countries international practice, the author tries best to find enlightenment to the Chinese circular economy development. At last, tying with present condition of China, the author proposes strategic ideals about developing the circulation economy to realize the sustainable development, and gives effect suggestion of circular economic development in China.
