This thesis realizes Changhong as the flag of Chinese enterprises through analysing the requisition for enterprise's internationalization strategy of era, should accelerate internationalization strategy paces too. Then analyzes development course and development stratagem of Changhong. Compare Changhong with foreign corporation in the word, we can found shortage of Changhong in the development. New stratagem trend of foreign corporation will infect future development of Changhong. Facing the tide of the economic globalization, expanding the overseas market that becomes the common understanding of our domestic color TV enterprises, Changhong has adopted a series of internationalization strategies actively too; its management mode becomes the way of the most realistic internationalized development of Chinese household appliances enterprise. Put forward the strategy that Changhong should also be strengthened on the internationalized development path in the future finally.In the first chapter, it reviews to be the existing and transnational to manage by theory research results both at home and abroad, comment not managing theory aspect not micro transnational especially about the views of school of three pieces, also summarize the overview to the trans-nation motive, essential condition, point out its theory directive significance to enterprise's transnational strategy of our country.The second chapter simply introduces the development course of Changhong firstly. Through the introduction of Changhong's development course, we can have a theoretic cognition of Changhong. Comparing Changhong with foreign corporation, we can find that the seating arrangement of Chinese corporation in the word unsuitability with the seating arrangement of Chinese economics, outstanding embody in small scale, weak competition. As China take part in WTO, the competition of Chinese corporation with foreign corporation more severity. The last of this section deeply analyzed new strategically trend of foreign company affects development of Changhong.
