Small Number Of Aero-engine Electronic Controller Design Technology Research

The development trend of aero-engines control system is digital. Instead of the traditional mechanical & hydraulic control system, the full authority digital electronic control system will become the main aero-engines control system because of its huge advantages. As the most important part of thee FADEC system, the capability of the digital electronic engine controller will affect the whole control system, so it is very useful to research the designing method of the digital electronic engine controller.Based on the quality of turbofan aero-engine used as cruise missile, this paper researches many aspects of the electronic engine controller. First, the paper tells the overall requirements of the control system, and gives function requirements of the electronic controller. By analyzing the requirements, the paper designs the whole project of the digital control system.Second, the paper researches the design of modulation circuits deeply which are aimed at the different sensors. According to the different signals, the paper designs their input circuits, which can help the electronic engine controller to collect the data. Furthermore, the paper proposes three ordinary enforce organizations used in aero-engines control system, and provides the modulation method.Then, based on embedded PC104 system the paper researches two aspects of the electronic controller which are hardware and software.
