Research On Design And Application Of ERP Aero Engine Library Management Module

In this paper, based on the theory of supply chain management and application technology, the whole process of product manufacturing and information relationship are studied in this paper. Analyzing the problems existing in the process of management and production organization management, using the modeling tool to build the function model and information module. In the existing ERP aeroengine database management module design give full consideration to the management personnel, management tools, management object, management method, environmental management and other factors, theory, process optimization theory, a model was established using system method, analysis model of key factors, establish a set of methods. Implementation of the aviation engine production logistics, information flow, capital flow unified, for aero-engine enterprises manufacturing management science and information provides a security platform, for the further implementation of intelligent manufacturing laid the foundation.This paper discusses the system methodology, process optimization methodology, modern enterprise management theory and methods. According to the characteristics of aircraft engine manufacturing, manufacturing and storage, a set of ERP aero engine library system module is developed. By means of system integration theory and process reengineering methodology, the integrated architecture design of the ERP aero engine library system is fully in line with the enterprise status and the demand of the aviation engine management. In the end, a good information platform is established.The aero engine ERP database management module and sales management module, procurement, financial docking, integration of the business process and basic data, design and implementation of management changes to the rationality of the accuracy of inventory management of all sectors of the full consideration to the production time, delivery tracking, financial department of the state system docking, engine control.
