Along with the rapid rise of embedded computer devices' performance in commercial and industry field,research and development on high performance devices for aerospace or military oriented is imperative.Meanwhile,practical engineering require harsh standard on reliability for these kind of equipment,thus,redundancy and fault-tolerant technology is necessary for systems' enduring and reliable operation.Based on sufficient research and analyse of redundancy and fault-tolerant technology,as well as SpaceVPX technology emerged abroad in recent years,a dual redundancy fault-tolerant design based on decentralized arbitration is presented.Detail contents are listed as follows:(1)Research and analyse common redundancy and fault-tolerant technology,mainly include hardware redundancy and software redundancy,especially aerospace oriented technology SpaceVPX newly emerged.Based on its' shortcoming discussed,a modified solution-dual redundancy hot-standby system based on decentralized arbitration is proposed.Detail technology is discussed,including synchronization,fault detection and switch-over.(2)Design specific hardware aiming at decentralized arbitration dual redundancy hot standby solution,including CPU module,SpaceWire controller module,synchronous communication module and backplane interconnection.Then,the logic block diagram for decentralized arbitration control logic is proposed,and detail designs for each module in the control logic are given.Moreover,simulation and synthesis is performed to verify the functionality of the logic.After the hardware design is done,software design for dual redundancy hot standy system is proceed,design flow of system management module and fault-tolerant management module is proposed,including fault-tolerant design method for software.Base on this,single board is debugged to verify its functionality.(3)Combine with reliability theory and combined model modeling method,estimate basic failure rate of the single board,and then predict the reliability of entire system.Compare the reliability with centralized arbitration dual redundant system and triple modular redundant system using Matlab simulation,and proof the high reliability of the system designed theoretically.Lastly,joint debugging is proceeded to test the system's switch-over capacity.
