Design And Implementation Of Short Message Service System Of Weather Forecasting Information

Up to the end of 2005, there are 3,000,000 consumers in Shandong provincial mobile phone weather station, mobile phone message is basic and in common use service except for phonetic call, weather department and telecom trademan (China Mobile, China Unicom, CNC, China Telecom) cooperates to send weather forecast by mobile phone message, it will become one of the main methods for weather forecast spreading. The thesis aims at introducing how to send in bulk and rapidly mobile phone weather message in the whole Shandong province.Base on the characteristic of communications network in Shandong Provincial Weather Department, the thesis works out a plan quickly and with certainty, viz. it establishes systems in the data equipment room of Shandong Provincial Weather Department, and switch on directly mobile phone message center in Shandong Mobile, Unicom, CNC through special data light-guide fiber. And to dispatch the province's weather message resources and sending message tasks of every trademans through dispatch system, in order to increase speed of sending message.It is considered especially in the design about the system stability, reliability, super strength processing capacity and flexibility, interoperability, maintainability, manageability, businessability, sustainable development when pushing out new service. The system is divided into four layers including communications interface, data, service logic, application.
