Cultural Analysis Of Tv Talk Show

In a remarkably short time , television talk shows have already developed into one sort of the most famous television programs in China and play an more and more important role in understanding and interpreting the current social, political and cultural life. However, until now, there is not a systemic statement about culture analysis of the arising of the television talk shows in China.My dissertation, based on theories and principles on journalism, sociology, mass communication and psychology , does some researches on television talk shows from the perspective of culture analysis . The dissertation, combined with the origin, development and current situation of television talk shows , makes a rational exploration and analysis . From the whole social background, I want to point out the syncretize among elite culture, majority culture and popular culture. Under ethos such as human consideration, commercialized idea and so on, I also pay attention to the inevitability of the arising of television talk shows, due to the development and transform of television media. Another task in my dissertation is finding out cultural connotation , cultural significance reflected by television talk shows which bear the weight of a certain meaning and all sorts of cultural deficiency embodied by them, and trying to provide some instructive uses for reference to the current television talk shows in China and make them really unfading.
