Consumptive Lung Granules "the Quality Of Life In Patients With Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis

To Study effects and feasibility of life quality list for IPF Patients with the Granules of FEIWEI.Objective:To Study effects and feasibility of life quality list for IPF Patients with the granules of FEIWEI. Theoretic research is conducted based on medical literature reviewing and clinic experience summarizing. It is considered that idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) belong to FEIWEI in the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), but it is also similar to FEIBI during the development span of the disease. In the micro mechanism, during the transude period of alveolus inflammation, a lot of inflamed substance effuse to the alveolus, causing phlegm and blood stasis, the pulmonary channel is obstructed, this is FEIBI in TCM. If the pathological changes continued, the pulmonary fibrosis will be presented, the lung will gradually lose its function and become a hull, it is FEIWEI in TCM. So the IPF is the FEIWEI comes after FEIBI. During the evolvement of IPF, FEIBI and FEIWEI exist at the same time, they form the complex condition of weaking combined soliding.Methods:The beginning and closing of treatment course IPF patients were checked and compared by life quality list.30 cases of life quality were evaluated and the life quality list were analysed.Results:The evaluated list of life quality is available for IPF patients.Conclusion:The evaluation of life quality is an available method for the effect of treatment IPF patients.
