The Quality Of Life Of Patients With Lupus Erythematosus After Treatment Of Qu Ban Yang Yin Granules

[Objective]1,To observe the change of quality of life after using an integrated approach to Chinese and Western medicine, compare and analysis to explore the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus.2,To observed symptoms of changes before and after treatment with Qu Ban Yang Yin granules, and compare the points of symptoms and efficacy to explore the effect of Qu Ban Yang Yin granules treating systemic lupus erythematosus.[Methods]Select the outpatient and inpatient clinical of systemic lupus erythematosus in a total of 80 cases, low or moderate active phase (5≤SLEDA≤20), liver and kidney yin deficiency or yin deficiency with internal heat, randomly divided into two groups, one for an integrated approach to Chinese and Western medicine, one for Western medicine. In the income group of them, health questionnaire (SF-36) survey and TCM symptom scoring are made. Treatment period is 3 months, after the treatment, observe the symptoms of changes and the point of TCM symptoms and the quality of life, compare and analysis the changs of them,[results]1,various dimensions of quality of life score and total score of TCM+ western medicine group after treatment were increased, by self-paired t test was statistically significant (P<0.05). the various dimensions of quality of life score and total score of Western group after treatment were increased, in which ratings changes of the role of the body, energy, mental health in three dimensions and the overall health are self-paired t test with statistical significance(P<0.05). After treatment between the two groups:every dimensions and total score between the two groups are compared there was significant difference(P＜0.05).2,After treatment, points of symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine both of TCM+western medicine group and western medicine group all reduce. TCM+ western medicine group self-compared, it is significant difference(P<0.05); western medicine group self-compared, it is no significant difference(P >0.05). between the two groups after treatment compared, it is also significant difference (P＜0.05), with statistical significance.3,TCM+ western medicine group has 5 recovery cases, effective in 17 cases, the total efficiency of 95%; western medicine group has 3 clinical recovery cases, effective in 11 cases, the total effective rate is 85%. TCM+ western medicine group is more effective than western medicine and has less TCM points, there are significant differences, by Ridit analysis, u=1.9668, P=0.0492, P<0.05.[conclusion]Chinese and Western treatment is more effective than single treatment for systemic lupus erythematosus, improve the patient's symptoms and improve the patient's quality of life. Qu Ban Yang Yin granules can be effective in the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus.
