Clinical Observation Of Acupuncture Plus Acupoint Injection In The Treatment Of Nerve Root Type Cervical Spondylosis Neck, Shoulder, Arm Pain

Objective In order to find acupuncture analgesia method that have rapid effect, good curative effect and lasting drug efficacy through observation of acupuncture plus acupuncture point injection treating Cervical Spondylosis Radiculopathy Back Upper Arm Pain in clinical curative effect. This have provided clinical basis for the treatment using acupuncture point injection treating Cervical Spondylosis Radiculopathy Back Upper Arm Pain.Method Forty patients with Cervical Spondylosis Radiculopathy Back Upper Arm Pain were randomly allocated into groups according to the sequence of the clinical visit. The treatment groups of 20 cases received acupuncture to jingjiaji corresponding points, fengchi, fufen, jianjing, ashi point with acupuncture point injection. Control group of 20 cases, received simple acupuncture. The treatment is for twice a week, one treatment course cover 6 treatments. Before treatment, all the patients have to go through Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) on the 3rd,5th and the 7th treatment in order to observe the change in the state of an illness and to determine the curative effect. Finally, use Excel software to accumulate data, statistic software SPSS 12.0 to carry out the data analysis.Result Total patients of 40 cases, controlled group of 20 cases, obvious effect of 2 cases took up 10%, effective result of 17cases took up 75%, Total effective rate as 95%, obvious cured rate as 10%. Treatment group of 20 cases, pain killing of 2 cases took up 10%,obvious rate of 14 cases took up 70%, effective rate of 4 cases took up 20%, total effective rate rate as 100%,obvious cured rate as 80%. Statistic analysis did not indicate much differentiation in total effective rate(P>0.05),but rather in obvious cured rate(P<0.01).Conclusion1. There is a definite clinical curative effect in both treatment group and controlled group treating Cervical Spondylosis Radiculopathy Back Upper Arm Pain, but the result indicates that the treatment method of treatment group can enhance the obvious cured rate of Cervical Spondylosis Radiculopathy Back Upper Arm Pain.2. The treatment method of treatment group used in decreasing subjective pain symptom is more outstanding than the control group.3. This research indicates that there is a clinical value using acupuncture plus acupuncture point injection of Cobamamide in enhancing the treatment result on Cervical Spondylosis Radiculopathy Back Upper Arm Pain.
