Objective:By comparing the clinical efficacy of abdominal acupuncture and body acupuncture in the treatment of cervical spondylosis radiculopathy(blood stasis and qi stagnation),analyze and discuss the effectiveness of cervical spondylosis,Shi Guan,Feng Shi Dian,Shui Fen and other points in the treatment of this disease, and provide valuable scheme and clinical basis for abdominal needle treatment of this disease. Methods:Among 130 patients,72 patients meeting the case screening criteria were included, and they were divided into 36 patients of treatment group(abdominal needle group)and control group(body needle group).Patients in both groups were treated once daily, six times as a course, three consecutive treatment courses with 1 day rest between courses. The efficacy indicators were mainly based to visual analogue scoring(VAS)and Oswestry Disfunction Index Questionnaire(ODI).The score values before and after treatment were collected and recorded respectively, and the statistical analysis and efficacy evaluation were conducted using SPSS 27.0 software. Results:A total of 72 cases were collected in this study, and 67 cases were actually completed and 5 cases were lost.Among them,33 cases were completed in the abdominal needle group, and 3 cases were falling off;In the body needle group,34 cases were completed, and 2 cases were falling off.1.The gender, age and duration of the patients were analyzed: the results between the groups were P >0.05,indicating that the baseline data of the two groups did not affect the efficacy observation of this trial study, which was statistically significant.2.VAS score and ODI score of the two groups before treatment: the comparison between the groups was P >0.05,indicating that the condition of the two groups did not affect the efficacy observation of this study and was statistically significant.3.VAS scores in both groups: the results of intra-group and inter-group comparison were P <0.05,indicating that both therapies had significant efficacy on the pain degree of the disease, and the effect of abdominal acupuncture in reducing the pain degree was better than that of body acupuncture therapy.4.Compare the scores and total scores of ODI after treatment between the two groups:the intra-group comparison results were P <0.05,It shows that both therapies can improve the dysfunction-related symptoms of the disease;Comparast between groups,Among them, pain intensity, concentration, personal care, work, lifting heavy objects, sleeping,P <0.05,It shows that the efficacy of abdominal acupuncture therapy is better than body acupuncture therapy in improving the dysfunction of these six aspects of patients; In the four parts of reading, headache, driving and entertainment,P >0.05,indicating that in improving the dysfunction of these four aspects of patients, the efficacy of the two therapies is equivalent;Total score comparison,P <0.05,It indicates that the overall efficacy of abdominal needle therapy is better than body needle therapy in improving the dysfunction of the disease.5.Summary of efficacy: The total effective rate of the abdominal acupuncture treatment group was 93.94%,and the total effective rate of the body acupuncture control group was 85.29%,P <0.05,indicating that the total efficacy of abdominal acupuncture therapy was better than that of body injection therapy.Conclusion:1.Both abdominal acupuncture and body acupuncture therapy are effective on cervical spondylosis radiculopathy(blood stasis and qi stagnation),and can significantly improve the pain degree and dysfunction of patients, and the therapeutic effect of abdominal acupuncture therapy on this disease is better than that of body acupuncture therapy;2.Compared with body acupuncture therapy,in improving the dysfunction of pain intensity, concentration, personal care, work, lifting, sleeping, abdominal acupuncture therapy is more effective than body acupuncture therapy;in improving the dysfunction of reading, headache, driving and entertainment.
