Objective: To study the Qizhu Jianzhong Yang Decoction on rat gastric ulcer model virtual serum IL-6, GAS impact, from the molecular level to explore Qizhu Jianzhong soup antiulcer mechanism to clarify the objective of Qizhu the scientific connotation of Jian Zhong Tang .Methods: SD rats 6O were randomly divided into normal control group, model group, sucralfate group, the decoction of qi zhu jian zhong tang high-dose group(be short for group of qi high-dose), the decoction of qi zhu jian zhong tang Medium-dose group(be short for group of qi Medium-dose), the decoction of qi zhu jian zhong tang low-dose group(be short for group of qi low-dose). In addition to the normal control group, using diet disloyal, Weary disorders, add cold water stimulation Purgation Yang set up virtual rat gastric ulcer model. Treatment of each group separately, the determination of serum IL-6 and serum levels of GAS, and observed under light microscope for pathological changes in rat gastric mucosa.Results: Compared with normal control group, model group, serum IL-6 increased, GAS lower; the use of sucralfate, the decoction of qi zhu jian zhong tang large, medium-dose treatment, serum levels of IL-6 significantly lower (P<0.01), GAS were significantly higher (P<0.01), but by comparison, the decoction of qi zhu jian zhong tang high-dose group the level of the two indicators closer to the normal group; and small Qizhu Jian Zhong Tang Medium doses of serum IL-6, GAS levels with the model group no significant difference (P>0.05). Light microscopy showed the decoction of qi zhu jian zhong tang large, medium-dose group and the sucralfate in rats gastric mucosa healed well, and returned to normal; and the decoction of qi zhu jian zhong tang low-dose rats although gastric mucosal repair, but than the model group, no significant improvement.Conclusion: the decoction of qi zhu jian zhong tang large, medium doses of both Yang imaginary ulcer treatment has a significant role, but the decoction of qi zhu jian zhong tang high-dose therapy better,also little better than Sucralfate, and the decoction of qi zhu jian zhong tang low-dose group of the Yang virtual gastric ulcer was no significant therapeutic effect.
