The Clinical Curative Effects On Huang Qi Jian Zhong Decoction And Zhi Shi Xiao Pi Pill In Treating Chronic Gastritis With Weak Syndrome Of Both Stomach And Spleen

Objective:Through the clinical experiment trails on Huang Qi Jian Zhong Decoction and Zhi Shi Xiao Pi Pill in treating chronic gastritis with weak syndrome of both Stomach and Spleen,we observed the clinical curative effect.Methods:The 72 cases of patients who all meet Diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group. The treatment group has 36 cases and the control group has 36 cases too.The general information and previous accumulated scores of syptom between two groups of cases are basiciy the same.By statistical processed, there is no significant difference of meaning bewteen two group so the two group can be comparabled.The treatment group uses the Huang Qi Jian Zhong decoction and Zhi Shi Xiao Pi pill,while the control group uses Bu Zhong Yi Qi decoction.We Compare the clinical symptoms before and after treatment.Results:(1) The total effective rate of the treatment group is94.4%. The totol curative effect between the two groups has prominent difference(p<0.05), The treatment group is superior to control group.(2)The improvement of several clinical symptom between the two groups has significant differences(p<0.05),and the treatment group is superior to the control group.(3)There is no adverse reaction between the treatment group and control group.Conclusion:(1) The Huang Qi Jian Zhong decoction and Zhi Shi Xiao Pi pill in treatingchronic gastritis with weak syndrome of both Stomach and Spleen has a remarkable curative effect and is superior to the control group.(2)There is no absolute compatibility with aconite and sprouting.
