ObjectsTaking the biomedicine as an example to study the relationship among the capabilities of the basic research,the knowledge and the excellent talent productions of the universities in China,my study aims at providing some references to the issues of the scientific and technological policies about biomedicine in China and the development of biomedicine in the universities of China.SubjectsThe capabilities of the basic research,the knowledge and the excellent talent productions of the biomedicine in 19 universities and the relationships among them.According to the number of the young top scientists and making a random choice of 19 universities.MethodologyDocument Review,Synthetical Analysis,Group Disscussion,Pearman Correlative Analysis, Linear Regression,Poisson Regression,Standardizing Method,Qualitative,Quantitative MethodResults1.19 colleges and universities based on the field of biomedical research capabilities,knowledge and talents to productive capacity maintained at a basic level;Among them,the capacity of Beijing University are the three most prominent.2.The capabilities of the basic research,the knowledge and the excellent talent productions of the biomedicine in our universities are correlative.The ones of the basic research and the knowledge production are the most correlative,whoes index is 0.865.The index between the capabilities of basic research and the excellent talent production is 0.735 and the one between the knowledge and the excellent talent is 0.728.3.The capabilities of biomedicine in universities are main in the 19 sample universities which is unique at the constructions such as the creative bases of basic research of biomedicine and bioscience and training the scientifiC talents.4.The amount and the times of the papers collected by SCI and cited is growing year by year.
