Research Of The Lean Production Process For New Vaccine Product Project

Lean production is one way production to minimize enterprise production occupied resources and reduce the enterprise management costs and operational costs as the main target mode, which is widely used in the manufacturing process, moreover, increasingly reflect the efficiency and adaptability. In the beginning of this century, the biopharmaceutical industry began to introduce lean thinking in order to improve the operational efficiency of enterprises. China’s biopharmaceutical started late, lean production is less practical application and lacking in theoretical research.This thesis is namely through the research on domestic and foreign Lean Production and the analysis of lean application in the biopharmaceutical industry, to explore the feasibility of lean production theory applied in our biopharmaceutical companies and clarify the direction for Biopharmaceutical companies to improve technological process of new product projects. This paper is based on vaccine new product project, and guided by the theory of lean production methods, improving the vaccine new product project’s design quality during the conceptual design process of Commercial industrialization. By analyzing technological process of the new vaccine products, we adopt the decision tree method for designing and planning the capacity of new products, designing both workshop layout and technological process of product project with the concept of straight layout line. Effectively improving resource utilization, production efficiency, and reducing operating costs, eventually reached the goal of seamless docking between the new product development and post-industrial stage of lean production, what’s more, it created favorable conditions for the late implementation of lean production.projects of new vaccine products as a typical biopharmaceutical new product development projects, its means for building lean production process has a good reference to other biopharmaceutical companies with the idea of lean production guidance of project implementation. The study will also compensate for the lack of theoretical research on biopharmaceutical project to develop new products using lean manufacturing theory.
