Pharynx Oral Liquid Of Chronic Pharyngitis Rabbit Model Of Inflammatory Cytokines

Objection:To study the influence of Yanling oral liquid on chronic pharyngitis of rabbits and provide experimental evidence on chronic pharyngitis treated.Method:According to the method of professor Peng chronic pharyngitis of rabbits induced models.Three weeks later,induced models succeed.60 Japanese big ear rabbits were divided into 6 groups randomly including vacant group,model group, controlled group,low dosage group,middle dosage group and high dosage group.The rabbits had been getting ammonia and turpentine until they turned the animal model with chronic pharyngitis.Seven days later the general condition and the index of the laboratory examination were observed including temperature and WBC etc.AT the same time we observed the morphological changes of pharyngeal mucous membrane of rabbits by optic microscope after HE stained.In addition,we measured the concentration of TNF-αand VCAM-1 by enzyme-linked immuno sorbent assay (ELISA).Result:The symptoms of the rabbits with chronic pharyngitis turn better in different degrees,in which high dosage group is best and low dosage group is worst. Yanling oral liquid decreased the increased contents of temperature and WBC etc. the microstructure turn better.It also decreased the increased concentration of TNF-αand VCAM-1 in blood serum.Conclusion:Yanling oral liquid manifest good effect on the cell factor of chronic pharyngitis rabbits through different ways and links.This research has provided experimental basis for the effect of Yanling oral liquid especially when high dosage is used.
