| Objective: To analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese medicine cauterization combined with Kangfuxin liquid gargle in the treatment of chronic hypertrophic pharyngitis,in order to provide more theoretical and clinical basis for the treatment of chronic hypertrophic pharyngitis with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: From March 2022 to October 2022,this study selected 90 patients who met the inclusion criteria of chronic hypertrophic pharyngitis in the outpatient department of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery,the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,as the study subjects,and randomly divided the subjects into three groups according to the ratio of 1:1 by using a parallel controlled,randomized,single-blind method,which were respectively Chinese medicine cauterization treatment(control A)group Routine treatment(control B)group and traditional Chinese medicine cauterization treatment combined with Kangfuxin liquid gargle treatment(experimental)group,with 30 cases in each group.All patients were treated for 4 weeks,and the changes of symptoms,signs and total scores before and after treatment were observed,and the clinical efficacy and safety after treatment were also counted.The patients were followed up for half a year to observe the recurrence of patients 1 month and half a year after treatment.Result:1.Symptoms,physical signs and total score before and after treatment: there was no significant difference between the three groups in foreign body sensation,itching sensation,irritating cough,dry and burning sensation,sore throat,nausea and retching,chronic congestion of the throat and follicular hyperplasia and total score before treatment(P>0.05);After treatment,the scores of the experimental group were lower than that of the control group A and B,and that of the control group A was lower than that of the control group B(P<0.05);The results of intra-group comparison showed that the scores of patients in the three groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).2.Clinical efficacy: The effective rate of treatment in experimental group(100%)was higher than that in control group A(93.4%)and control group B(86.6%)(P<0.05),but the difference between control group A and control group B was not statistically significant(P>0.05).3.Recurrence: The control group A and the experimental group did not recur within one month.The proportion of non-recurrence in the control group A,the control group B and the experimental group within six months was 90.0%,80.0% and 96.7% respectively.The non-recurrence rate in the experimental group within six months was slightly higher than that in the control group A and the control group B,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).4.Treatment safety: There were no obvious adverse reactions in the three groups of patients during treatment,and the safety evaluation was Grade I.Conclusion: Traditional Chinese medicine cauterization combined with Kangfuxin liquid gargle can be effectively used in the clinical treatment of chronic hypertrophic pharyngitis.It can not only effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with foreign body sensation,itching sensation,irritating cough,dry burning sensation,pharyngalgia,gargling nausea and retching,chronic pharyngeal hyperemia and hyperplasia of filter bubbles,but also improve the total effective rate of clinical treatment,and the recurrence rate of patients after treatment is relatively low,and there is no adverse reaction during treatment,It has good therapeutic safety and should be widely used in clinical treatment. |
