| This thesis mainly includes a cultural heritage overview and a clinical study.The cultural heritage overview includes 2 Articles. The first emphasizes from the traditional Chinese medicine to describe the understanding of inflammation of the throat and pharyngeal portion in ancient times,the overview discussed the development of the treatment of chronic pharyngitis by TCM from the cause and mechanism of the disease, treatment according to syndrome differentiation, particularly square treatment, puncture treatment, other treatments etc. Article two looked back the foundation understanding of the disease, development of the treatment, and cure and prevent of the disease, which discussed the disease mainly in the cause and mechanism of disease and treatment according to syndrome differentiation etc.There is a big disagreement in the cause and mechanism of the disease. So the principle and result of treatment according to syndrome differentiation are different, up to now there is not yet an explicit standard. This disease have an higher attack of rate, the symptom is difficult to cancell, easily to relapse. Currently there are a lot of method and clinical medicine to use, the traditional Chinese medicine also developped special advantage in the aspects of curing chronic pharyngitis, but for looking for an availably improvement in treatment of pharyngitis, people still in constantly try.The clinical effect of Chinese herbal medicine of attended by microwave and fog inhalation treatment was observed, and the correspond circumstance improvement to the symptom of the two kinds of chronic pharyngitis plasters was studied too. We random divided the patients who were accord with the diagnosis standard into 3 groups: treatment group A(30), treatment group B(30) and matched group C(30), treatment group A is weakness and cold of lung and spleen type, treatment group B is blood stasis and expectoration clotting type. As normal regulations fog inhalation and microwave cure in the meantime, treatment group A was gived chronic pharyngitis plaster one which has the effects of spreading cold solution form surface, regulating qi to promote menstruation,nourishing lung to stop coughing. Treatment group B was gived chronic pharyngitis plaster two which has the effects of quickening the blood and transforming stasis,moving qi and dissipate accumulation,removing damp-heat from the throat.We observed the symptom improvement of the patients after one period of treatment, the treatment result of the different stage in the process, and the improvement circumstance of the different plasters. Result: Treatment group A's total efficient rate is 93.33%, treatment group B's total efficient rate is 90.00%, matched group C's total efficient rate is 76.67%. Through the Ridit analyse treatment function of the group A and B obviously surpasses matched group C (P<0.05) . Symptom improvements of treatment group A and B obviously surpass matched group C. The treatment speed of each group in before and after the treatment in the process of cure has no obvious difference. The result still show pharyngitis plaster one according with fog inhalation treatment can obviously improve the syndromes of dry throat, dry cough, tussiculation, vomiturition in the morning etc. Pharyngitis plaster one can also improve some sufferers's bitter taste of mouth,and spiting out phlegm with blood symptom. Pharyngitis plaster two according with fog inhalation treatment can obviously improve pharyngal hot feeling, foreign body sensation of pharynx,pharyngalgia,hoarseness etc. A patient appeared to fever in the process of the treatment, parts of patients appeared to pruritus and hypersusceptibility of the skin where the plaster is sticked. There were no serious subsequent syndromes.Conclusion: Pharyngitis plasters according with fog inhalation and microwave treatment can obviously improve the degree of symptom improvement of the chronic pharyngitis. There is obvious advantage to improve symptom of the chronic pharyngitis through treatment according to syndrome differentiation and conbined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine. |
