The dissertation discusses the relationship among strategy, operation mode and reengineering under the guiding of the theory of the competitive priority to improve patient satisfaction, and further to analyze the problems in Huangshi Puren Hospital. Then it points out to change the procedure so as to realize operation mode of Huangshi Puren Hospital.The dissertation is divided into five parts: Introduction, Summary of the theory, Problems of Huangshi Puren hospital, reengineering, conclusions and expectation.The introduction briefly describes background, propose, content, methods, innovation of the study. This part points out reengineering is conducive to enhance patient satisfaction and the sense of accomplishment of medicals.Summary of the theory mainly discusses the relationship between reengineering and strategy, and operation model, and organization change.In the chapter of problems in the Hospitalization process of Huangshi Puren Hospital, it discusses the interior and external environment and makes the strategic direction clearly. Analyzing the problems existing in the hospital process, the part indicates reengineering is an effective way to improve the competition capability.In the reengineering of Huangshi Puren hospital, the part discusses the principles, objectives and so on, and puts forward the idea of reengineering. Thereby, it leads to thinking of operation mode change.The conclusions and expectation, it pointed out the inevitability of reengineering and issues that must be paid attention to.The conclusions are that reengineering of medicals' workflow not only helps the hospital to improve the competition capability but also changes the operation mode of selling medicine to obtain profits.
