Menthods一.clinical observation1 .Selects 106 example patients who come from acne clinic in the wuhan first hospital were dialogued acne incorporated the tubercle.They were divided into treatment group and comparison group by randomly.Treatment group include 56 cases, comparsion group include 50 cases.Two groups have no obviously difference at age,sex and course of disease(P > 0.05),has comparability.2.We give treatment group patiences xiaocuoheji two times one day,each time 30ml, asiaticoside piece three times one day,each time 24mg; tetracyclin three times one day,each time 0.25g.At the same time we give the comparison group patiences only xiaocuoheji and tetracyclin,the usage same as treatment group. 3.We set one week as a treatment course,altogether observe four treatment courses. Conclusion:Asiaticoside and antibiotics is better than Contrast group in the therapy of the acne incorporated the tubercle harm . In the early stage, asisticoside perhaps can induce the express of IL-1βdecreased in tissues. And relief the inflammation, restrain the proliferation of fibroblast,promote the recede of tubercle,prevent the appear of fiber tubercle.
