Treatment Of Lung And Stomach Yun Acne Heat Mixture Thermal Acne Clinical Efficacy Observation

Objectives:The preent study was designated to investigate the effects of using Cuochuangqignre mixture and Jinhuaxiaocuo pill to treat acne, according to the improvement of patients' skin lesions and syndromes. Assessing the curative effect of Cuochuangqingre mixture. Methods:This randomized,controlled,4-week study assessed the efficacy of Cuochuangqingre mixture to treat acne.The samples were collected from 38 cases of acne. amomg which 26 cases were treated with Cuochuangre mixture as treatment group,12 cases with Jinhua xiaocuo pill as control group. Forming an estimate of scores and syndromes.The side-effects were also evaluated both in the two groups.Results:After 4 weeks' treatment, the scores of skin lesions and symptom in both the treatment group (n=26) and the control group (n=12) reduced obviously. the reducing rate of treatment group was 58.95%,higher than the reducing rate of control group(47.49%). The scores of syndromes reduced obviously between two groups in the end of the treatment, the reducing rate of treatment group was 61.02%, similar with the other (51.67%). The general efficiencies of treatment group is 92.3%,higher than the other (58.3%).The study showed that the skin of many acne patients was greasy, mixed and neuter;The central places of skin lesions was forehead, jowl and around the mouth; The character of percent patients were impetuously; The change of the period would bring serious result to the skin lesions among many of female patients.Conclusion:It could be seen that Cuochuangqingre mixture had better effect on acne treatment. Compared with control group, treatment group had better impact on improvement of skin lesions.This task proved that Cuochuang mixture had better curative effect on acne treatment, it should be deserved clinical generalization usage and further thorough researched.
