1ObjectiveThrough training the mice to fill the clear Chinese native medicine, observe the influence of this kind of medicine about the free radical metabolism of skeletal muscle after the movement training in Heat stress, discuss movement ability and the anti-weary function under hot environment of this kind of medicine. It can be better to provide the scientific basis to carry on the movement training, enhance movement ability, and lay a good foundation to develop the Chinese native medicine which can suit the athletes under the hot environment.2 MethodSelect 96 12- week- age old male SD mice, about the body weight 200 grams. Divide them into group A the peaceful control group (filling pure water placebo) ,group B movement control group (movement training plus filling pure water placebo), group C the peaceful filling compound Chinese native medicine (filling compound Chinese native medicine),group D movement group of filling the Chinese native medicine (movement training plus filling compound Chinese native medicine prescription). The mice of group B, D are run the training after 5 weeks, with those of group C, D filling Chinese native medicine every day. After 5 weeks, divide each group into 3 sub nits stochastically, namely: the peaceful group, the quota load group, the strength using up group. And draw Skeletal muscle in the corresponding time after execution to take the cardiac muscle SOD activeness, the MDA content, the GSH content, the GSH-PX activeness, the GST activeness ,the GR activeness . All data count uses the software with SPSS10.0 to carry on the single factor variance analysis and the T-test.3 Results3.1Body temperature of mice will group in the course of heat stress, the temperature group is different in different condition: group C < group D < group B < group A3.2 About the strength- using- up time, group C is higher than group A(P<0.05), group D is very obviously higher than group A and C (P<0.01), group B is also higher than group A and C (P<0.05).3.3 Under the peaceful condition, about the MDA content, the skeletal muscle of heat stress mice group D is lower group C (P<0.05) and are obviously lower than group A(P<0.01); about the GSH content, group C and D is very obviously higher than group A (P<0.01); about the GST activeness group D is very obviously higher than group A and C (P<0.01);about the SOD activeness, group D is obviously higher than group A ,B and C P<0.01); about the GSH-PX activeness, group B is higher than group A (P<0.05), group D higher than group B(P<0.05), group D is very obviously higher group C P<0.01); about the GR activeness .group D higher than group C(P<0.05) and is very obviously higher group A(P<0.01).3.4 Under the quota load condition, about the MDA content, the skeletal muscle of heat stress mice, group D is lower than group A (P<0.05); about the GSH content, group C and D are higher than group A (P<0.05); about the GST activeness, group D is higher than group A and C (P<0.05); about the SOD activeness, group D is higher than group B (P<0.05), group D is very obviously higher than group A and C (P<0.01); about the GSH-PX activeness , group B and C are higher than group A (P<0.05), group D is higher than group C (P<0.05), group D is very obviously higher than group A (P<0.01);about the GR activeness, group C is high than group A but there is not different.3.5 The strength using- up condition, about the MDA content, the skeletal muscle of heat stress mice, group D are obviously lower than group A and C(P<0.01); GSH content two group of C, D are higher than group A, group D is higher than group B (P<0.05); about the GST activeness, group D is very obviously higher than group A, C (P<0.01) ; about the SOD activeness, two group of C,D are obviously higher than group A, group D is very obviously higher than two group of Band C (P<0.01); about the GSH-PX activeness, two group of B,C are very obviously higher than group A (P<0.05), two group of C,D is obviously higher than group A (P<0.01); about the GR activeness group D is obviously higher than group A (P<0.01), is higher than group C (P<0.05) . 4 ConclusionsThe negative-nutrient compound prescription of clear Chinese native medicine and the training can enhance the activeness of the skeletal muscle free radical metabolism correlation enzyme, reduce lipid peroxide, enhance clear free radical ability and the anti-oxidized ability, reduce the damage of the skeletal muscle, then improve the anti-weary ability, strengthen the movement ability in condition of heat stress.
