1 ObjectiveThrough training the big mice to fill the clear Chinese native medicine, observe the influence of this kind of medicine about the free radical metabolism and the cardiac muscle enzyme activity after the movement training, discuss movement ability and the anti-weary function under hot environment of this kind of medicine. It can be better to provide the scientific basis to carry on the movement training, enhance movement ability, and lay a good foundation to develop the Chinese native medicine which can suit the athletes under the hot environment.2 MethodSelect 96 12- week- age old male SD big mice, about the body weight 200 grams. Divide them into group A (the peaceful group to fill the Chinese native medicine stochastically), group B (the peaceful control group), group C movement group of filling the Chinese native medicine (movement training plus filling compound Chinese native medicine prescription), group D of movement control group (movement training plus filling pure water placebo). The big mice of group C, D are run the training after 5 weeks, with those of group A, C filling Chinese native medicine every day. After 5 weeks, divide each group into 3 subnits stochastically, namely: the peaceful group, the quota load group, the strength using up group. And draw blood in the corresponding time after execution to take the cardiac muscle SOD activeness, the MDA content, the GSH content, and the cardiac muscle enzyme activity. The targets comparison of the cardiac muscle enzyme spectrums is: The CK activeness of group C is lower than group B; about the CK-MB activeness, group A is lower than group B, group C are obviously lower than D group (P<0.05); about the LDH activeness, group C are obviously lower than group (P<0.05), group D are obviously lower than group B (P<0.05); about the AST activeness, group C, D is very obviously lower than group A, B (P<0.01), group B are obviously higher than group A (P<0.05).3.4 About the strength- using- up time group, group C is obviously higher than group D(P<0.05) ,also is very obviously higher than group A, B (P<0.01)3.5 Under the different condition ,the changing curve of the big mice: group A is lower than other three groups, group C is lower than group B,D.4 Conclusion4.1 The clear Chinese native medicine can enhance the SOD activeness of the big mice cardiac muscle, reduce the MDA content and the cardiac muscle enzyme content, prompt the Chinese native medicine to suppress the lipin peroxidation, effectively eliminate free radical, reduce the cardiac muscle damage, and improve movement ability of organism under different function condition.4.2 The movement training can reduce the MDA content in the big mice cardiac muscle, suppress lipin peroxidation, enhances the SOD activeness in the big mice cardiac muscle, enhance resistance ability of organism oxidation, and enhances metabolism function of the cardiac muscle under different function condition.4.3 The clear Chinese native medicine can coordinate the movement training to be able to enhance the SOD activeness in the big mice cardiac muscle, reduce MDA and the cardiac muscle enzyme content in the cardiac muscle, prompt coordination movement training of the clear Chinese native medicine to be better to suppress lipin peroxidation, eliminate free radical effectively, and reduce the cardiac muscle damage.
