| "ZuJi"is written by Shipei,famous doctor in ming dynasty.The book is finished in ming chongzhen 13 year (Year 1640)."ZuJi"is a book about formula category,there are a total of 61 categories in the book,it is divided bytian,di,xuan,huang,yu,zhou,hong,huang…guo,zhen,li,nai,cai(the first 61words in thousand book),in each category,there is a major formula and derivatives ones.Major formula is the source,derivatives is the branch,derivatives formula originates from the major ones.The whole book contains four volume and collects 837 formulas.Among them,70 are major ones,and 767 are derivative ones.Mr.Shi Pei divided the famous formula in the history into three levels -- that is,"zong fang","zu fang","category formula", in the abstract of"Zuji",he clearly pointed out that:"The first two crown formula is from Suwen and Lingshu(referring to Suwen-zezhumixiantang and Lingshu banxiatang)and then recorded Yiyingtangye fomula.(sanghuangtang) and last recorded zhongjing formula,such as《jufang》ercheng,siwu,sijunziformula.Category formula is a group of formula with certain similar characteristics such as similar composition,similar treating method, or similar syndrome and similar diseases and so on. When referred to composition category,it can be traced back to the classification of"Huangdineijing."In Tang Dynasty,Chen zangqi established"10 formula"for a treating methods category.It originally used by summarizing drug function."52 bingfang"firstly raised disease and syndrome category,this book recorded 52 kinds of disease,197 formmulas can be identified by drug composition,involved and physician ,surgery,women ,children,featured services.Category formula of"ZuJi"belongs to similar composition.Each category has a major prescription and a number of derivatives formula,in addition to similar composition,the effect and medication as well as rules may be similar too."Zhicategory formula"is a type of category formula which is originated from Sijunzitang,its deriviative formulas are 42,all are tailored based on Sijunzitang.Sijunzitang has widely application,such as it can be used in children, cholera, stroke, arthralgia, phlegm etc.especially using in treating Children disease.Organ is young,and easily got excess and deficiency. They grow fast and easily got hurts.Spleen of child is usually deficiency.The child cannot control their diet.Unrestrained eating and drinking bound to damage spleen and stomach.Spleen is lack of transportation and transformation.Its transportation and transformation deficiency,can not normally generate and transform qi and blood. Therefore,in the treatment method,we should use invigorating stomach and spleen-qi to treat this disease.These formulas are all based on the Sijuzitang and added different drugs according to different syndrome.Stroke treated with the Sijunzitang formula,which is mainly Zhu Danxi's prescription.Danxi believe that:"stroke have different types:qi deficiency, blood deficiency, wet sputum, and the, we should use siwutang to replenish xue for deficiency of left hand pulse and left hemiplegia and add zhuli,jiangzhi.If both qi and blood are defiency with sputum,we should use bawutang and add nanxing,banxia,zhuli,jiangzhi. Danxi believe that left hemiplegia belongs to blood deficiency.Right hemiplegia belongs to qi deficiency.Sijuzitang and his modification formula are used for treating right hemiplegia.Other diseases such as bizheng,cholera,phlegm are all have relations with spleen and stomach.They belong to Sijunzi Formula application areas. Finally,the study will be compiled in a database to facilitate user access. |
