Xiaoban Net Crumbs Drink Treatment Of Psoriasis Vulgaris Term Efficacy,

Psorasis is a commonly and frequently encountered chronic inflammatory dermal disease. Because of higher incidence, recurring easily, longer course, especially attacks yong adults, it affects parients' health both body and mind severely. Hence, it is one of the dermal diseases for emphatic study at present.Psorasis vulgaris is the most prevalent type of psorasis, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) has its particular advantage and effect in treating this disease. This thesis tries to discuss and study psorasis vulgaris from clinical and theoretical aspects.The thesis includes 2 parts.In the part 1, to observe the validity and security of "Xiao Ban Jing Xie Yin" decoction in treating active psorasis vulgaris, which belongs to blood-heat pattern in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM). 55 patients with psorasis vulgaris were divided into 2 groups at random: 30 patients in experimental group were treated with "Xiao Ban Jing Xie Yin" decoction. 25 patients in control group were treated with "Fu Fang Qing Dai" capsule. To evaluate the treatment effect by comparing PASI scores 12 weeks later, and analyze it with the software of SPSS13.0 for windows. As a result, "Xiao Ban Jing Xie Yin" decoction is more effective than "Fu Fang Qing Dai" capsule. (P<0.05).In the part 2, to sum up the condition of present clinical research in both TCM and modern medicine for this disease.
