| The thesis includes 2 parts.Part one: Cinical research of"Xiao Bi tang"decoction.Objective: To observe the security and validity of"Xiao Bi Tang"decoction in treating active psorasis vulgaris.Methods:There were 60 patients with psorasis vulgaris were divided into 2 groups randomly. 30 cases in control group were treated with acitretin capsules. 30 cases in treatment group were treated with"Xiao Bi Tang"decoction,and evaluate the treatment effect by comparing PASI scores 3 months later,and analyze the results with SPSS .Results:In treatment group,the total effective rate was 80.00%.In control group,the total effective rate was 63.33%. In the clinical effect, PASI scores in patients with psorasis vulgaris,"Xiao Bi Tang"decoction was significant better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:"Xiao Bi Tang"is more effective and safe than acitretin capsules in treating patients with psorasis vulgaris.Part two :"Xiao Bi Tang"decoction effects of changes in level of serum TNF-α, sICAM-1 and MCP-1.Objective: Firstly,to observe the relationship between psorasis vulgaris and the changes of three serum indexes.Sencondly, to evaluate the effect of"Xiao Bi Tang"decoction objectively and accurately by researching on the changes of serum levels, at the same time ,by observing the affection of"Xiao Bi Tang"decoction to the serum levels of TNF-α(tumor necrosis factor-α), sICAM-1 (soluble intercellular adhesion molecule -1)and MCP-1 (monocyte chemoattractant protein -1),further to research the mechanism of"Xiao Bi Tang"decoction treat patients with psoriasis vulgaris,thereby,provide evidence to clinical theatment for psoriasis.Methods: Randomly selected treatment group and control group patients with 20 patients each. Taken before treatment and after treatment venous blood 4ml, at the same time , selected 14 cases of healthy volunteers as blank controls. Separation of serum .Then measuring serum of TNF -α, sICAM-1and MCP-1 levels with SPSS13.0 statistical analysis.Results: Serum TNF-α, sICAM-1, MCP-1 measured value by the statistical analysis, analysis found: serum parameters in patients with psoriasis were higher than normal, (P <0.01). Serum TNF-α, sICAM-1 and MCP-1 of the treatment group were lower than the control group (P <0.05).
