Clinical Study For Effect Of Liangxuexiaopi Decoction On Psorasis Vulgaris (Developing Stage)

Objective: Liangxuexiaopi decoction is got from my advisor LiuYingQi 's experience of clinical practice,which is used to treat psorasis vulgaris (developing) type of blood -hot and wind-dryness.The objective of the study is to observe the validity and security of LiangXueXiaoPi decoction on Psoriasis vulgaris (developing).Methods:65 cases patients were divided into two groups at random, 33 patients in experimental group were treated with Liangxuexiaopi decoction ( LXXPD) , 32 patients in control group were treated with Yinxie Tablets(YXT). Treatment effection of two groups were evaluated by comparing PASI scores After 8 weeks.Results:①Efficient in LXXPD group(87.88%) was superior to YXT group(71.88%); Differences of two group is not Significant(P>0.05);②Score of Erythema and infiltration and in Dander in LXXPD group and control group were (2.15±0.13 vs2.32±0.53) and ( 1.13±0.12 vs 2.89±0.14) and (1.05±0.24 vs2.65±0.35 ) ;③Compared with the control group,Adverse Reactions of LXXPD was less(P<0.05).Conclusion: LXXPD and YXT have markable effect on treating psorasis vulgaris (devementing) of blood-hot and wind-dryness type,While side effects is less in LXXPD group than YXT group.
