| Objective: To study the using of fire needl in impaired face dermatosis by systematic observation of acne with nodular and cystic pattern,in order to supply a clinical technique,which is safe and easy to operate. Methods: Divide 210 acne patients with nodular and cystic pattern into two groups randomly, controlled group and experimental group, respectively give them fire needl and westen medicine "Da lin and A Qi Mei Su". Afterwards, to observe the changes of lesion and clinical symptoms, and judge the curative effects after three weeks' treatment. Results: Statistic shows that there is obvious difference between experimental group and controlled group from ratio , clinic symptoms and lesion changes.Conclusion: There is satisfied curative effect using fire needl for acne With nodular and cystic pattern.It is worth to be popular in clinic. |
